Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.

Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your order. However, due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the right of withdrawal applies only to unopened and unused coffee packages.

Returns
To make a return, please contact us within 14 days via leonard.ask@askkaffe.se. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unaltered condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds
Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

Complaints
If your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you.
