About the coffee
The coffee comes from Fazenda Cerrado Grande in the Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil. Here, the coffee is grown at an altitude of 950–1150 meters, which, together with the natural process, results in a coffee with clear sweetness, a full body, and low to medium acidity.
The natural process allows the coffee cherries to dry with the fruit pulp intact, contributing to the rich chocolate notes and smooth fruitiness in the cup.
