It draws inspiration from Italian coffee culture, where espresso is a given around the clock. A blend that stands firmly on its own, no matter how – and when – you choose to drink it.

This blend's flavor profile is built on a balanced combination of three origins:

🇧🇷 Brazil Natural Santos

Provides the full-bodied base with dark chocolate, nutty notes, mild sweetness, and low acidity. This is the backbone of the blend and makes the espresso round and stable.

Experience a classic Brazilian coffee from Sul de Minas, one of the country's most esteemed coffee regions. The beans are grown by small-scale producers in the Dos Costas cooperative, where sustainable farming and fair working conditions are central. Thanks to sun ripening and the natural processing method, the coffee gains a soft, sweet, and harmonious flavor profile with a round body and low acidity – perfect for those who want a balanced and accessible everyday coffee.

🇬🇹 Guatemala Delicia SHB

Adds a complex and elegant vibrancy. Fruity and chocolatey notes provide balance and dimension in the cup, helping the espresso shine both black and in milk-based drinks.

This high-grown coffee comes from Guatemala's mountainous regions of New Oriente, Cobán, and Huehuetenango, where cool temperatures and volcanic soil create ideal growing conditions. The beans are classified as Strictly Hard Bean and therefore develop a complex and aromatic flavor. The producers are affiliated with the Fedeconcagua cooperative, which works on sustainable quality improvement. The result is a lively coffee with fine acidity, distinct sweetness, and a distinctive character – perfect for those seeking elegance in their cup.

🇮🇳 India Robusta Kaapi Royale

Provides power, body, and rich crema. The intensity of Robusta enhances the chocolate notes and gives a long, full-bodied finish — without becoming bitter or harsh. Perfect for those who want an extra punch.

This coffee comes from the Chickmagalur district in Karnataka, India, one of the country's most recognized Robusta growing regions. The beans are grown on three established plantations at 750–1000 m above sea level, where they are hand-picked, processed, and selected with great care. The result is a high-quality Robusta with a powerful body and distinct character, particularly appreciated in espresso blends.
