Golden Hour – Torslanda Edition
Balanced Coffee Blend
Brazil • Guatemala • Tanzania
Description:
Golden Hour – Torslanda Edition is a tribute to those moments when the light is low, the pace slows down, and coffee tastes its best.
Brazilian sweetness and richness meet Guatemala's elegant vibrancy, with a discreet structure from Tanzania Robusta. The result is a harmonious blend that feels as natural in the morning as it does in the afternoon.
Flavor profile:
Soft and round with notes of chocolate, nuts, and a light fruitiness. A balanced cup with a pleasant body and a calm, clean finish.
Feeling:
Warm • Elegant • Relaxed
Brewing recommendation:
Espresso, French press, filter – also with milk for a softer cup.
The flavor profile is based on three carefully selected origins:
🇧🇷 Brazil Natural Santos - Organic & Fair
Provides a round, sweet base with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, and mild spice. Low acidity and soft texture make this the foundation of the blend.
This coffee is grown by the Dos Costas cooperative in Sul de Minas, where small-scale farmers collaboratively pursue long-term sustainability. Through organic farming methods, natural drying, and continuous soil health, they achieve circular and chemical-free agriculture. Fairtrade certification ensures fair compensation, stable incomes, and secure working conditions for family farms. By choosing this coffee, you support local growers who invest in education, social projects, and climate-friendly farming methods.
🇬🇹 Guatemala Delicia SHB - Organic & Fair
Adds an elegant and lively fruitiness, with hints of citrus, cocoa, and caramel depending on the roast. This provides freshness and balance in the cup.
The Guatemalan highland beans in this blend come from the Fedeconcagua cooperative, which engages hundreds of small-scale farmers in sustainable and organic coffee cultivation. Producers work with natural buffer zones, erosion reduction, and biodiversity to ensure that the land remains fertile for generations. The Fairtrade model provides farmers with economic security and resources to invest in quality training, improved infrastructure, and communal processing facilities. A coffee where social responsibility and environmental considerations are as important as taste.
🇹🇿 Tanzania Robusta - Organic & Fair
Provides body and structure. Mild spice, nuttiness, and richness that give the coffee stability and a long finish – without overpowering.
This robusta coffee is produced by Kaderes Peasants Development, a large association of almost 4,000 small-scale farmers in northwestern Tanzania. The organization runs a strong sustainability program that includes organic farming, shade trees for climate balance, and regenerative farming techniques. Fairtrade certification gives growers better pay and enables investments in schools, wells, water purification, and local training programs. By choosing this coffee, you directly contribute to social development and environmentally friendly methods that strengthen the local community in the long term.
✔️ Best before: 3 months after roast date.
